The hotel of choice in Monmouth. Sensational breakfast for an extra amount, polite and welcoming staff. Friendly check in and excellent service overall. Easy parking on site. Fantastic and brilliant location in Monmouth, near Monmouth for a job interview. Nearby Punch House - great place to chill out.

The breakfast was great and included. The location was great and lovely, right by city centre, and Monmonth/Forest, in a peaceful area.

The King Room had a cozy charm, perfect for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. The cleanliness and comfort ratings were high.

A beam directly over the shower limited usability for taller guests, forcing a bath instead. Street noise arrived early, kicking in before 6 AM, which might disrupt light sleepers. Rooms towards the back could potentially offer quiet. Breakfast felt a bit mismatched. Opting for standard cereals involved an extra fee since it fell under the continental section, slightly confusing. A few more amenities like tissues or herb teas wouldn't hurt to enhance the stay.

Quaint hotel located close to restaurants as well as eateries. Large and well-appointed room with very comfy bed. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Excellent, lovely location in a pedestrian precinct.

the hotel is quirky and lovely in general. the staff are extremely polite and the room is nicely decorated and extremely pleasant with comfortable beds.

Communication was excellent. The location is central, just a short walk from a great bistro with loads of options. The king room was clean and cozy, just a tad smaller than expected, but really comfortable.

Breakfast had a few tempting choices, and the overall dining area felt light and cute. Minor hiccups included slow Wi-Fi reaching the top floor and breakfast sausage quality, which could use a refresh.

Fiddly door locks that can be a hassle, particularly on the outer door. Navigating the labyrinth of stairs and stiff corridors to reach the room could wear on you after a long day. Bed was squeaky and less than comfortable. Not ideal for a good night's sleep. Breakfast included but requires multiple orders to get a decent meal, which isn't clear upfront.

The king room was tastefully decorated, and I loved the little touches like free toiletries and slippers. I found the relaxation opportunities like the cozy lounge area and the outdoor pool just perfect. Only downside was the pizza I ordered was a bit burnt, but it didn't spoil my stay! 😊

Great coffee shop, but Wi-Fi was spotty . Nice experience.
